With a positive attitude and consistent desire to grow, Andrey is the epitome of an exceptional colleague. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, he has an impressive Net Promoter Score of 98% and is the most productive windscreen technician in the entire country.

Originally from Brazil, Charlon came to Germany at the age of 17. With little knowledge of German and a learning disability, in just three short years he has become the beating heart of the Nuremberg branch. He consistently shows his dedication to Carglass® by supporting his colleagues and providing exceptional customer service, every single day. 

A member of the Smith&Smith family for over 15 years, Victor is a truly exceptional colleague. He is always willing to go above and beyond to provide our customers with the best experience possible – even lending out his own car so a customer could complete some urgent errands while her car was being fixed in branch.  

After a record hailstorm caused chaos for colleagues in a different district, the Lucena team didn’t hesitate to offer their invaluable assistance despite having to work away from home – and their exceptional behaviour doesn’t stop there. After witnessing a car accident while travelling to a job, the team stepped in to redirect traffic, rescue a young woman trapped in the wreckage and offer immediate first aid – all from their Carglass® vehicle.
