Celebrating our people
Events like the Best of Belron, the Spirit of Belron Challenge, and the Belron Exceptional People Awards celebrate our colleagues’ excellence and are at the heart of our success.
We know that we can have real impact when we come together for a common purpose, and every year, thousands of Belron colleagues, together with our families, friends, partners and suppliers, join our major fundraising event, the Spirit of Belron Challenge to raise as much money as possible for Afrika Tikkun.
Our Belron Exceptional People Awards recognise, thank and celebrate our Belron stars, who are making a big difference for our customers, colleagues and society. The awards give us the opportunity to recognise the people who are consistently outstanding - the real heroes in our business.
Best of Belron celebrates the outstanding skills and expertise of Belron technicians around the world. Our top technicians from each business come together every two years to demonstrate their skills by completing a series of vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration (VGRRR) tasks.
