In our exhilarating, biennial event, our Technicians demonstrate their extensive skills in front of hundreds of colleagues, suppliers and partners from across the globe, competing to be recognised as the best of the best.
Celebrating the Best of Belron
Best of Belron 2022 took place on 29-30 June in Barcelona and was attended by around 1,600 people including Belron’s key customers, suppliers, shareholders, press and employees.
Our 2024 Best of Belron will take place from 12 -13 June in Lisbon, Portugal.

Best of Belron 2022
Joe Milligan from Safelite® in the USA was crowned Best of Belron 2022 as Technicians from around the world demonstrated their skills and expertise by completing a series of vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration tasks during the hotly-contested two-day event.
Congratulations also go to Paulo Silva from Portugal who took second place and Faruk Çelik from Turkey who took third.
On being announced winner, Joe said: "It's such an honour. I'm kind of speechless... honestly for me it's been extremely calm, it's been fun, it's exciting... The Best of Belron is a goal, set your mind to it, and never give up."
An inspirational conference
Guests of Best of Belron 2022 heard from a great line up of speakers including Kjell Nordstrom, Kevin Gaskell, Sandy Schwartz and Dr Christoph Lauterwasser, discussing the ‘Key global and automotive trends impacting us today’ at the Belron® Global Client Conference.
Topics ranged from key trends in transport and mobility solutions, to developments in vehicle technology, safety, ADAS and much more.
An opportunity to learn and network
There were also opportunities to meet our suppliers and learn more about their business and products in our interactive partner exhibition, as well as the exciting Belron exhibition where we showcased some of our work in areas such as Transformation, Responsible Business and our research and development division, Belron Technical.
